Metro Bank, like any other company with branch offices in major cities, had issues with in-building mobile coverage. Metro Bank needed our speciality to improve their B2B communications, health and safety including emergency calls, and to reduce their IT resilience costs.
Spry Fox Networks implemented their SIAB solution to provide in-building 4G & 3G voice & data mobile coverage to Ofcom regulations. The SIAB also provides both Spry Fox Networks and Metro Bank the ability to monitor mobile coverage and, more importantly, the services running over the data & voice connections.
The biggest delight for Metro Bank is that branches are up and running within 1 hour without any new external/internal cabling, and with all management traffic out-of-band providing total resilience with no security issues. Metro Bank can now also monitor the quality of the branch mobile coverage and services using the QuantumPath cloud dashboard.
